CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has expanded its operational footprint in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the inauguration of a new 6,000 sq ft facility aimed at strengthening customer support, service readiness and parts availability across northern India.
Designed to bring equipment, spare parts and after-sales support closer to customers, the new premises feature double the parts storage capacity, a workshop capable of accommodating 10–12 machines and a dedicated machine display area. The facility also showcases four CASE machine models, allowing customers to explore the company’s equipment portfolio.
Highlighting the importance of the expansion, Ravindra Ashtekar, Head Network Development, CASE Construction Equipment, said, “NCR is an important market for construction equipment, with demand shaped by ongoing infrastructure development and a diverse range of customer requirements. Strengthening our presence in the region is therefore an important part of our efforts to remain accessible to customers and provide dependable support. The new premises bring together enhanced parts storage, workshop capacity and a dedicated machine display area, enabling us to further strengthen our service capabilities and customer engagement.”
The inauguration saw the participation of approximately 40 customers, alongside two machine handovers and three parts invoicing transactions, indicating an encouraging start for the new facility.
CASE has maintained a presence in Faridabad since 2018, when it established its first company-owned, company-operated showroom in India in the city. With Faridabad’s established industrial ecosystem and strategic position within the NCR, the new facility further reinforces the company’s focus on improving customer accessibility and strengthening its service network in a key construction equipment market.
