
Aurika Group has unveiled a Rs 220 crore expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its footprint across Tier-II cities in Uttar Pradesh. The investment includes key developments in Ayodhya and Bareilly, positioning the Group at the forefront of growth in the state’s high-potential urban centres.
As part of this plan, Aurika Group will develop a 150-key premium serviced suites project in Ayodhya, in collaboration with global hospitality major Best Western Hotels. Strategically situated on the sacred 14 Koshi Parikrama Marg, the project is designed to serve Ayodhya’s surging religious tourism sector. The property will offer premium serviced accommodations along with rooftop dining, wellness amenities, and curated spiritual experiences—seamlessly blending modern comforts with cultural depth.
Simultaneously, in Bareilly, the Group has announced a new 5.50-acre luxury villa community, adding to its robust portfolio in the region. This gated development will offer low-density, eco-conscious residences designed to cater to discerning homeowners seeking a balance of connectivity and serenity.
Aurika Group has already secured RERA approvals for two of its projects in Bareilly and one in Ayodhya, reflecting its commitment to timely delivery and regulatory compliance. In Bareilly, its ongoing and completed developments include The Residences, Bareilly—a fully sold plotted cum villa project—and Aurika Avenue, a mixed-use commercial and residential hub currently under construction on the Bada Bypass. Collectively, Aurika’s projects in Bareilly are expected to generate over Rs 350 crore in revenue, underscoring the Group’s growing influence in the region.
