TIL Ltd has successfully rolled out its 400th Hyster-TIL ReachStacker from its cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Kharagpur. This landmark production milestone marks a significant achievement in the company’s 14-year journey since the introduction of its first ReachStacker model in 2010.
Demonstrating a steady growth trajectory, TIL’s annual production has evolved from a modest three units in its debut year to over 50 units per annum during the 2016–2019 period. With plans to exceed this benchmark in the upcoming fiscal year, TIL continues to reinforce its manufacturing strength and industry leadership.
The latest ReachStacker model incorporates advanced features such as ergonomic cabins and intelligent monitoring systems that offer real-time performance insights. This focus on smart technology, along with rigorous quality protocols including GPS-enabled braking efficiency verification and extensive load testing, underscores TIL’s commitment to delivering globally benchmarked solutions.

TIL’s latest model, the Hyster-TIL RS46-33 ReachStacker, with a lifting capacity of 46 ton, reflects the company’s expertise in providing efficient port handling equipment. Enhanced by an IoT-enabled ecosystem and an ECO-mode operation that ensures optimal fuel consumption, the new generation of ReachStackers aligns with the rising demand for sustainable solutions.
