G R Infra secures order worth Rs 1,886 cr from MSRDC

G R Infraprojects has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) for constructing a segment of the Pune Ring Road in Maharashtra.

The project entails the development of an access-controlled portion of the Pune Ring Road in Pune district, specifically Package PRR W5. This section will span 9.341 km, linking the Kalyan/Rathwade area to Shivare/Kusgaon villages, located in the Haveli/Bhor region of Maharashtra.

The final contract value has been negotiated to Rs 1,885.63 crore, reduced from the original bid of Rs 1,997.07 crore.

The project will be carried out on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, with a completion timeline of 36 months from the date of the official appointment. G R Infraprojects is known for its expertise in executing infrastructure projects through both EPC and Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT) models.
