GreenLine Mobility Solutions has collaborated with Mondelez International (India) to introduce LNG-powered trucks for the transportation of Mondelez’s products within the country. The initiative was officially launched at Mondelez’s Alwar facility in Rajasthan with a ceremonial flag-off. This partnership marks a significant milestone in sustainable logistics, promoting cleaner and greener transportation solutions in the FMCG sector.
By adopting GreenLine’s LNG-powered trucks, Mondelez aims to lower its carbon footprint and enhance the environmental sustainability of its supply chain. LNG vehicles emit significantly fewer greenhouse gases compared to conventional diesel trucks, aligning with the company’s efforts to integrate environmentally responsible practices into its operations.
GreenLine Mobility Solutions has already achieved a reduction of 8,519 ton of carbon emissions through its LNG fleet. This partnership not only advances GreenLine’s goal of transforming India’s logistics sector but also supports Mondelez’s commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency. The collaboration demonstrates how sustainable innovation can create a positive impact, setting a benchmark for eco-friendly practices in the industry.
