Jindal Aluminium has set a new benchmark by producing a record 1,15,920 metric ton (MT) of aluminium extruded products in the fiscal year 2023-24. This milestone represents a 10 per cent increase in production compared to the previous fiscal year, reaffirming Jindal Aluminium’s leading position in the market and its dedication to meeting the growing demand for high-quality aluminium products.
The company’s remarkable production feat is supported by its extensive experience and expertise in manufacturing intricate aluminium profiles. With over five decades in the industry, Jindal Aluminium is renowned for delivering superior products and quick deliveries.
Operating three advanced manufacturing plants located in Bengaluru, Dabaspet in Karnataka, and a newly acquired unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, Jindal Aluminium boasts a total manufacturing capacity of 2.35 lakh ton per annum. This includes 1,60,000 ton of aluminium extruded products and 75,000 ton of aluminium flat-rolled products. The facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology and manned by a highly skilled workforce. Additionally, the company has in-house, environmentally-friendly surface coating facilities, including powder coating and anodising.

Jindal Aluminium has significantly shaped India’s downstream aluminium industry and is the only aluminium extrusion company in the country to receive aerospace (AS9100D) certification. The company also emphasizes sustainability, using 100 per cent renewable energy at two of its manufacturing units in Karnataka.
According to the latest report by IMARC, the Indian aluminium extrusion market is projected to reach 1,288,202.3 ton by 2028, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.49 per cent from 2023 to 2028. This growth trajectory underscores Jindal Aluminium’s strategic market position and highlights the promising future of the aluminium extrusion sector, offering substantial opportunities for stakeholders across the value chain.
