Lubrizol has announced the appointment of Abhishek Shrivastava as Managing Director – India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA). In this leadership role, he will oversee the company’s growth and strategic initiatives across the region, with a focus on strengthening customer engagement, driving localized innovation, enhancing regional manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, and advancing talent development.
Abhishek brings nearly two decades of experience in business transformation, new business development, R&D, innovation, manufacturing technology, quality, and technical roles. Most recently, he served as Lubrizol’s Vice President, Innovation and Decision Science, where he spearheaded innovation growth platforms, sustainable product development, and digital innovation capabilities.

As IMEA Managing Director, Abhishek will be responsible for implementing Lubrizol’s regional growth strategy with a strong emphasis on a local-for-local approach. He will collaborate with global and regional leadership to identify market-specific opportunities and deepen relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders across India, the Middle East, and Africa.
