Lubrizol has inaugurated its new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Pune, India, signalling a strategic move to bolster its presence in the region and foster enhanced collaboration among its clientele and workforce.
Located within the esteemed Embassy Tech Zone in Hinjewadi, the expansive 42,000 sq ft facility boasts WELL and LEED Gold certifications, affirming its dedication to providing a conducive, sustainable, and health-conscious work environment. Equipped with meticulously designed ergonomic workspaces, wellness rooms, and a cafeteria featuring recreational amenities, the centre is poised to accommodate over 300 employees, with plans to add more than 200 regional talents across diverse functions such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and HR in the coming year.
