Luminous Power Technologies has announced its plan to build the country’s first green energy-based solar panel manufacturing plant in Uttarakhand. Luminous Power Technologies provides innovative and sustainable energy solutions to meet the growing demand for clean energy in India. The company’s portfolio includes a wide range of solar products including solar panels, inverters, and energy storage systems. As per reports, this new manufacturing facility is located in Rudrapur. The state-of-the-art facility will be equipped with the latest technology to design and produce high-quality solar panels that will be used for both residential and commercial applications. It is stated to be fully operational by the year’s end. The facility, spread across 4.5 lakh sqft/10 acre will help enable a solar production capacity of 500 MW per annum, expandable up to 1 GW, producing a range of solar panels with a power output of 40W to 600W once operational. Luminous would establish its first facility in solar panels.
