President, CREDAI-NCR and Gaurs Group’s CMD, Manoj Gaur, has been appointed as the Chairman of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India) National.
Boman Irani, CMD of Mumbai-based Rustomjee Builders, takes over as the new President; Shekhar Patel has been appointed President-Elect; and Rama Reddy has been elected Secretary of CREDAI National. Gaurav Gupta, Director of SG Estates, has been appointed Joint Secretary of CREDAI National. The ceremony was held in Mumbai.
Their appointments are expected to boost real estate development in the country.
“It is an absolute honor to be chosen as the Chairman of CREDAI National. The National Capital Region (NCR) is among the country’s most valuable property markets. CREDAI National will continue to work towards good governance, rejuvenating housing policies, and optimizing zero-carbon practices in these regions. We will also promote sustainability in the region’s real estate apart from focusing on addressing the concerns of NCR real estate,” said Manoj Gaur, Chairman, CREDAI National.
Before taking on this new role, Manoj Gaur had served as the Vice President of CREDAI, North Region.
Gaurav Gupta, the newly appointed Joint Secretary, said, “Since its inception, CREDAI National has emerged as the most vocal real estate body looking after the interests of both developers and buyers. I am extremely optimistic and looking forward to working with Shri Manoj Gaur to take CREDAI National and the Indian Real Estate industry to greater heights, characterized by sustainability and transparency.”
With these appointments, CREDAI National will add momentum to work undertaken by the organization.
