Solestra Group has strengthened its collaboration with Jeh Aerospace through a multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreement to establish a dedicated Global Manufacturing Center (GMC) at Jeh Aerospace’s facility in Hyderabad. The new center has been created exclusively to support Solestra’s aerospace manufacturing programmes, expanding production capacity while enhancing supply chain resilience and operational efficiency.
Unlike a conventional outsourcing arrangement, the facility will function as an integrated extension of Solestra’s global manufacturing network. It will feature dedicated production infrastructure, specialised machinery and a trained workforce operating in line with Solestra’s engineering specifications, quality standards and customer requirements.
The Global Manufacturing Center is expected to accelerate product development cycles, improve manufacturing agility, support scalable production and optimise costs while maintaining a unified customer interface. The facility will also leverage digital manufacturing technologies, end-to-end production visibility and robust intellectual property safeguards to ensure greater transparency and reliability throughout the manufacturing process.
The partnership further expands Jeh Aerospace’s manufacturing portfolio by adding high-precision mechanical systems to its existing capabilities in aero-engine and aerostructure components. With both companies certified to AS9100D aerospace quality standards, the collaboration reinforces a shared commitment to precision engineering, stringent quality control, timely delivery and dependable supply chain performance. The initiative also positions Hyderabad as a strategic manufacturing base for serving the growing requirements of the global aerospace industry.
