In a spectacular showcase at EXCON 2023, Tata Hitachi inaugurated its pavilion under the compelling theme, ‘Aao Kartavya Nibhaye, Chalo Desh Banaye’ (Come, Fulfill Your Duty, Let’s Build the Nation). This resonant theme underscores Tata Hitachi’s unwavering commitment to nation-building through cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.
Emphasizing its dedication to environmental sustainability, Tata Hitachi introduced a lineup of futuristic electric machines, notably the ZAXIS 55U-6EB (Electric Battery) and India’s first indigenously developed E Electric concept mini excavator.
The event witnessed the launch of four new machines, including the EX 210LC PRIME and ZAXIS 220LC ULTRA, complemented by two groundbreaking attachments – the Vibro Ripper and Drum Cutter.
Showcased among the impressive array were the ZAXIS 140H ULTRA, EX130 PRIME, and EX70 PRIME with AC cabin; SHINRAI PRO 49HP and SHINRAI POWER-4 four-wheel drive backhoe loaders; the nation’s exclusive Hydrostatic Wheel Loader TL340H PRIME; and the 5-Tonne Class Wheel Loader ZW225. The exhibition also featured an extensive range of attachments, genuine spare parts, and a spectrum of service offerings.
Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, Tata Hitachi, expressed pride in the company’s 60-year journey, stating, “Our customer-centric philosophy, people, processes have stood us in good stead in our journey of over 60 years. It is this ethos that has enabled us to build one of India’s largest customer-facing networks in the excavator segment. In recent years, we have also bolstered our portfolio with Backhoe Loaders and Wheel Loaders to better serve our customers as a one-stop solution provider.”
In discussing the prototype electric excavators, Singh emphasized, “These state-of-the-art machines are a demonstration of the technical prowess of Tata Hitachi and our parent company Hitachi Construction Machinery (HCM) in addressing emergent market requirements. At the same time, this also fulfills our environmental obligations to ensure that development and progress do not come at the cost of a sustainable future for coming generations.”
