Hical Technologies expands aerospace manufacturing capacity in Bengaluru

Hical Technologies has commissioned a 60,000 sq ft aerospace manufacturing facility in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, to expand its production capabilities for global aerospace and defence programmes. The facility will house dedicated production lines for Electromagnetics, Electromechanical, Hydraulic and Control Systems, including applications for commercial aircraft and Rafale programmes.

The new site will also feature an experience centre highlighting Hical’s manufacturing capabilities and facilities. The expansion is aimed at increasing programme-linked production capacity while meeting the stringent precision, traceability and process-control requirements of aerospace manufacturing.

The Devanahalli facility complements Hical’s 160,000 sq ft aerospace-qualified facility under development in Hosur. The Hosur site, which began construction in July 2026, is focused on precision machining, fabrication and special processes and is progressing towards NADCAP qualification.

Together, the two facilities are expected to strengthen Hical’s manufacturing base and support its participation in global aerospace and defence supply chains.
