Hindware Ltd has appointed Nirupam Sahay as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a strong background in leadership across multiple sectors, Sahay will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening the company’s presence in the sanitaryware, faucets, and tiles segments.
Bringing a diverse professional portfolio, Sahay joins Hindware from Dixon Technologies, where he served as President of the Lighting Solutions Business. His career includes leadership roles at Philips Lighting, GE Capital, Whirlpool, and Asian Paints, equipping him with extensive experience in consumer durables, financial services, and manufacturing. Additionally, he has held board positions at Rexxam Dixon Electronics Pvt Ltd and GE Money Financial Services and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Institute for Advanced Studies in Complex Choices.

An alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, Sahay holds a BA Honors in Economics, a Master’s in Management from NMIMS, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School.
