
TREVOC Group, the developer of Gurugram’s TREVOC Royal Residences, has announced plans for a Rs 200 crore expansion into Haryana’s Tier-2 cities, including Sohna, Sonipat, Panipat, Kundli, and Karnal. The expansion will be undertaken over a period of 24 to 30 months and will focus on plotted developments, low-rise gated communities, and the launch of the region’s first hospitality-branded villa project.
The initiative is strategically aligned with significant infrastructure developments across the region. Sohna has emerged as a key node along the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, with the Gurugram-Sohna Elevated Road now operational and a proposed metro link in the pipeline. Sonipat is set to benefit from a 26.5 km metro extension to Delhi and direct connectivity to the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II), which is expected to become operational by mid-2025. Panipat’s connectivity is being enhanced through the Delhi–Panipat Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), which will reduce travel time to Delhi to under 45 minutes.

The Rs 200 crore investment, sourced through internal capital and a trusted network of investors, will be allocated towards project deposits, development activities, regulatory approvals, and brand activation initiatives across the identified Tier-2 markets. The Group’s initial projects in Sohna and Kundli are scheduled for launch by the fourth quarter of 2025, followed by subsequent rollouts in Sonipat, Panipat, and Karnal.
TREVOC Group is in advanced negotiations for approximately 25 acre of land in one of the target cities, with formal announcements anticipated in the forthcoming quarter. The development portfolio will comprise 3–5 projects, each spread over 10–25 acre land parcels, featuring plotted developments, DDJAY-compliant low-rise floors, and a flagship villa community in collaboration with a premium hospitality brand.
To expedite market entry, TREVOC is actively pursuing joint venture (JV) and joint development (JD) models, while also evaluating standalone land acquisitions, particularly in Sohna and Kundli. Additionally, the Group is in advanced discussions to acquire a prime residential plot on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram and is exploring further investment opportunities within the city.
