Omaxe Ltd is making a strong push in Madhya Pradesh with the acquisition of a vast 450 acre land parcel along Indore’s rapidly emerging Super Corridor. The company plans to build a next-generation integrated township on this land, strengthening its commitment to India’s Tier-II urban centres.
The location, nestled in one of Indore’s fastest-growing zones, has been earmarked for a phased development with an investment of Rs. 1,200 crore. Once fully operational, the township is projected to generate around Rs. 2,500 crore in revenue over the next three years. Omaxe intends to fund the project mainly through internal accruals, reflecting its steady and prudent financial approach.
“This project is a strategic milestone in our expansion journey in Madhya Pradesh. We have consistently believed in the long-term growth potential of cities like Indore, and this township is designed to be a future-ready ecosystem, combining high-quality residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare infrastructure. With over 2500 families already residing in our other Indore townships, we are excited to strengthen our presence in this vibrant city,” said Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Ltd.
The master plan for the township includes a thoughtfully curated blend of residential plots and apartment clusters, commercial hubs, retail spaces, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality zones, and abundant green areas. Designed as a self-contained urban habitat, the layout features wide internal roads, dedicated green mobility lanes, uninterrupted water and power supply, and round-the-clock security.
Indore is witnessing a transformation in its infrastructure landscape. The city has recently become the first in Madhya Pradesh to launch metro rail operations. In the run-up to Simhastha 2028, the state is accelerating its infrastructure upgrades—including the overhaul of Indore railway station and extensive rail network enhancements near Ujjain. Road connectivity is also being reimagined, with the Indore-Ujjain expressway extension and twin tunnels along the Indore-Khandwa route set to significantly reduce travel times to key religious and industrial hubs by mid-2026.
Omaxe’s journey in Madhya Pradesh began in 2005 with Omaxe City-1 in Indore. Over the years, it has expanded its presence to cities like Ujjain and Ratlam, with a current land bank of over 1,170 acre across the state. Its Indore portfolio now includes Omaxe City-1 (330 acre), Omaxe City-2 (88.4 acre), Omaxe Hills (90 acre), Omaxe Pratham (50 acre), and the newly announced Super Corridor township (450 acre). In Ujjain, the developer has already established Omaxe City-1 (75 acre) and plans to roll out two joint venture townships—City-2 and City-3—each spread over 50 acre. In Ratlam, the ongoing development spans 35 acre.
Having already delivered 15 projects in Madhya Pradesh and with two more nearing completion, Omaxe continues to focus on timely delivery and quality community living. The company also recently unveiled another integrated township in Amritsar, marking a new chapter in its national expansion strategy.
With this Indore development, Omaxe reiterates its vision of crafting modern, sustainable urban ecosystems that are in tune with India’s future urban aspirations.
