Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Jai Sharma as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Greater India Zone. He succeeds Preeti Gupta Mohanty, who has taken on the role of Senior Vice President – Finance, International Operations.
The leadership transition is part of the company’s approach to strengthening continuity and advancing internal talent into key positions. Sharma brings over 18 years of financial leadership experience covering strategic planning, management accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and working capital management.
With this change, the company reinforces India’s position as a significant hub for leadership development, while also ensuring continuity in its financial strategy and global operations.
