TIL appoints Anurag Srivastava as Additional Non-Executive Director

TIL Ltd has expanded its Board with the appointment of Anurag Srivastava as Additional Non-Executive Director, strengthening the company’s leadership framework and reinforcing its focus on governance-driven growth across core infrastructure and material handling sectors.

Srivastava brings more than two decades of experience spanning public administration, consulting, and corporate leadership. He currently serves as Managing Director & CEO of Parasea Coal Mine Project Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gainwell Commosales Pvt Ltd, where he oversees coal mining operations in Kolkata. His career reflects a blend of strategic planning, policy execution, and operational management, equipping him to contribute meaningfully to TIL’s long-term vision.

Prior to his current role, Srivastava served as a Partner at PwC India, advising major organisations on business transformation, strategy, and sustainable growth. His consulting background positioned him as a trusted advisor on organisational resilience and large-scale change management.

Earlier, he spent over 16 years in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), serving the Government of West Bengal in leadership roles across departments including Industry, Warehousing, MSME, and Biswa Bangla. He also held key administrative responsibilities as District Magistrate of Darjeeling and Bardhaman. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, he combines technical proficiency with governance experience and strategic insight.
