Spectrum Electrical Industries has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra for a proposed investment of Rs 110 crore aimed at expanding its industrial operations in the state. The agreement was formalised during the Maharashtra Investment Summit 2026 held in Nashik.
As part of the proposed expansion plan, the company intends to establish its project at the Talegaon Akrale Industrial Area in Dindori, Maharashtra. The development is expected to enhance Spectrum Electrical Industries’ manufacturing capabilities while reinforcing its presence in the region’s growing industrial landscape.
The planned investment is projected to create employment opportunities for nearly 525 people through direct and indirect engagement, supporting local economic activity and industrial development in and around Dindori.
The initiative aligns with Maharashtra’s ongoing efforts to attract large-scale industrial investments and strengthen manufacturing-led growth across key industrial corridors. The proposed project is also expected to contribute to the development of the regional industrial ecosystem by boosting infrastructure, production capacity, and employment generation in emerging industrial zones.
