Super Screws has strengthened its manufacturing footprint with the inauguration of a new greenfield production facility in Bawal, Haryana, aimed at enhancing its capabilities in the fastener manufacturing segment.
Developed as a fully integrated manufacturing ecosystem, the new plant brings together the complete production chain — from raw material processing to finished fasteners — under one roof. The integrated setup is expected to improve quality consistency, operational efficiency, and supply chain reliability while supporting higher production volumes.
The facility is equipped with advanced cold forging lines, automated inspection systems, integrated heat treatment units, and surface treatment technologies designed to support precision engineering and large-scale manufacturing operations. With the capability to produce fasteners ranging from M2 to M28 and lengths up to 500 mm, the plant will cater to a broad spectrum of industrial applications, including demanding high-performance engineering sectors.
The expansion also marks the company’s strategic move towards manufacturing high-tech and precision-engineered components, further strengthening its end-to-end production capabilities across multiple product categories.
Built around environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, the Bawal facility incorporates energy-efficient systems, optimized resource utilization, advanced waste management processes, and stringent workplace safety standards. The company expects the new plant to significantly enhance its manufacturing scale, operational agility, and competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
