Mahindra launches BLAZO i-TRK with ‘Profit Ka Rocket’ promise

Mahindra Truck and Bus has launched the all-new BLAZO i-TRK, a next-generation Heavy Commercial Vehicle designed around a clear proposition for transporters and fleet owners: ‘Profit Ka Rocket.’ The truck brings together fuel-efficiency technologies, a 320 HP powertrain, connected fleet intelligence and a comprehensive service ecosystem aimed at improving profitability, productivity and vehicle uptime.

The BLAZO i-TRK is built around three customer-focused assurances — Earn More, Run More and Control More. Under the ‘Earn More’ proposition, the truck delivers up to 10 per cent better fuel efficiency, supported by technologies such as AI-powered iFUELSMART auto drive mode, TurboMAXX turbocharger and OptiFuel air compressor. Mahindra says these combined technologies can translate into up to Rs 15 lakh of additional profit per truck over five years*.

The ‘Run More’ proposition is backed by Mahindra’s 320 HP mPOWER engine across the BLAZO i-TRK range, along with features designed to improve driver comfort and long-haul productivity. The truck also comes with an industry-first 48-hour Uptime Guarantee, under which eligible customers receive Rs 10,000 per day* if the vehicle is not put back on the road within the committed 48-hour period. The package is further supported by a Parts Supply Guarantee covering 250 critical parts*.

Technology takes centre stage in the ‘Control More’ proposition. The truck features iMAXX 2.0, Mahindra’s next-generation connected vehicle platform, which provides real-time vehicle intelligence, predictive diagnostics, driver behaviour monitoring, service management and fleet-level business insights. The new NOW 24×7 mobile app further extends digital control by allowing fleet owners to raise and track breakdown requests, order spare parts, access service history, monitor breakdown vehicle locations and manage service appointments.

At the heart of the BLAZO i-TRK is Mahindra’s 7.2-litre mPOWER engine, delivering 320 HP and 1100 Nm of torque across a broad operating range. Fuel-saving technologies including TurboMAXX and OptiFuel are designed to improve combustion efficiency and reduce unnecessary power consumption. The truck also features iFuelSmart, described by Mahindra as India’s first AI-enabled automatic drive mode in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle segment, which analyses road gradients, payload and driving conditions to select the optimum driving mode.

The connected iMAXX 2.0 platform adds features such as remote AC management, remote vehicle crank inhibit, air-filter clogging alerts, DPF performance alerts, Distance-to-Empty monitoring, FleetSense reports and ScoreMAXX driver performance analytics. Together, these functions are intended to give fleet operators greater visibility over vehicle health, driver performance and operating efficiency.

Commenting on the launch, Vinod Sahay, President – Trucks & Buses, Executive Chairman – SML Mahindra and Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra Group, said:

“India’s freight and logistics sector is entering a new phase of growth, where technology, reliability, and operational efficiency will define competitive advantage, and older concepts such as resale will not be relevant. Our ambition is not only to build better trucks but also to shape the future of commercial mobility through innovation and strong customer partnerships. The BLAZO i-TRK embodies this philosophy through intelligent trucking and is truly the ‘Profit Ka Rocket’, with the potential to increase profit up to ₹15 lakh* per truck over five years compared to other trucks in the industry. At the same time, it comes with an industry-first and unmatched uptime guarantee.”

With its combination of fuel-efficiency technologies, connected intelligence, driver-focused features and uptime and service assurances, the BLAZO i-TRK positions itself as more than a conventional heavy commercial vehicle — a truck designed around the broader economics of fleet ownership and profitability.
