What are the milestones achieved by your company under your leadership?
Primarily, our firm was engaged in Solar Photovoltaic BOS business and Weighing Instruments and systems development and manufacturing. I introduced the concept of Concrete Mixing Control Panels and Bricks Process Control Panels – as both used weighing as their basic principle. As of now, we are leading technology providers in the building sector.
Tell us about the recently launched products and their winning technological features that will suit the Indian construction scenario.
Our product – Concrete Mixing Control Panel – works on all types of climate conditions – hot, cold, humid, sultry – without any effect on the quality of mixing. Our system displays the actual achieved value of ingredients batch after batch which allows for instant rectification and hence modify the recipe and reduces the loss of raw materials.
Quality and pricing – how will you balance this equation to cater to a price-sensitive market?
Our Concrete Mixing Control Panels are known for the perfect weighment, high reliability, energy efficiency and minimal maintenance. Most easy to use, many processes are totally Automized that needs a single press of a switch for the operation, thus reducing human error and power consumption. With annunciations and protections, no major breakdown can occur, which in turn saves time and material – which is a great help.
Your viewpoint on the market demand dynamics. How do you foresee the future for the equipment manufacturers?
The present market scenario is very bright and with the government going for development of infrastructure, the demand and growth of Construction Equipment is on the rise.
The challenge is to produce products that suits the needs and quality to produce the New India.
What are the problems that are proving as stumbling blocks for the growth of this sector?
In the present scenario, government should make it mandatory for measurement and independent recording of weighment data in all public projects which will lead to the demand of our products.
How well equipped are you to make deeper inroads into the market?
We have embarked upon expansion of facilities to cater to the different geographic zones of India.
Very soon, our sales and service teams shall be within the reach of our customers and end users so that their needs and requirements are dealt with within a very short time. Also, we make allied control panels for all type of Hoists (PM, Monkey, Tower etc – with floor selection PLC based PM Hoist with weight based overload protection); Bending Machine Control Panel – with the highest safety factor for the operator.
