Ammann India has announced the commercial launch of the CPB36, a high-performance truck mounted concrete boom pump introduced under the Ammann Elba brand. With this launch, the company officially enters the concrete boom pump segment in India, further strengthening its growing concrete equipment portfolio in the country.
Manufactured at the company’s Gujarat facility, the CPB36 has been specifically engineered to address Indian operating conditions, diverse project requirements, and increasingly complex concrete mix designs. The machine integrates German engineering technology with Swiss precision to deliver high performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
The CPB36 has been developed for a wide range of applications including large-scale infrastructure projects, commercial developments, industrial construction, and residential real estate works. According to the company, the equipment is designed to meet demanding concrete placement requirements while offering enhanced flexibility and lower operating costs.

The introduction of the CPB36 comes at a time when India is witnessing significant growth in infrastructure and construction activity across metro rail, highways, airports, industrial corridors, urban infrastructure, and housing projects, driving demand for advanced concrete placement equipment.
Positioned as the flagship model in the Ammann Elba truck mounted boom pump range, the CPB36 features a four-arm Roll Fold Boom offering a vertical reach of 35.8 metres and a horizontal reach of 32 metres. The machine delivers a maximum theoretical output of 100 m³/hr and incorporates a high-performance 2000 × 230 pumping kit equipped with chrome-plated delivery cylinders, insert moulded pistons, and S Valve technology to enhance durability and reduce wear.
Among its notable features is the PowerSense intelligent control system, which optimizes chassis engine RPM in real time to improve fuel efficiency and pumping performance. The machine is also equipped with an advanced IP68-rated radio remote offering up to 16 hours of uninterrupted operation, a wireless range of 100 metres, multi-joystick proportional boom control, and intelligent diagnostic feedback for safer and more precise operations.
The CPB36 further incorporates an X Frame outrigger system with optional single-side support capability, making it suitable for space-constrained urban construction sites. Ammann India stated that the machine offers 42 per cent fewer S Valve strokes compared to conventional shorter stroke pumps, resulting in up to 30 per cent higher output per stroke and extended component life.
In addition, the boom pump comes equipped with IoT-enabled telematics, onboard diagnostics, remote troubleshooting support, and 16 + 16 hour battery backup remote operations to improve machine monitoring and service support.
The CPB36 is now commercially available across Ammann India’s nationwide network of 23 sales and service offices.
