BHIVE has expanded its footprint in Bengaluru’s Whitefield region with the launch of its second campus at Concorde Econex, reinforcing its focus on large-format, experience-driven workspaces for startups, enterprises, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Located close to the Seetharam Palya Metro Station, the Grade A G+6 development spans nearly 1.4 lakh sq. ft. and is designed to accommodate more than 3,000 professionals. The collaboration, estimated to generate an annual value of around Rs 16 crore, reflects the growing demand for flexible and managed office ecosystems in one of Bengaluru’s key commercial corridors.
The newly launched campus offers a mix of workspace formats, ranging from day passes and private cabins to deluxe suites and fully managed enterprise offices. The project also integrates multiple lounges, breakout spaces, quiet booths, standing work pods, and dedicated pantry zones to create a more dynamic and employee-centric work environment.
Sustainability and wellness have been central to the design approach, with the campus incorporating green decks across multiple floors along with enhanced ventilation and movement-oriented spaces aimed at improving workplace comfort and productivity.
The uppermost level of the building features lifestyle amenities such as a pickleball court with shower facilities and a terrace café accessible to the public. BHIVE is also planning a café at the ground level, positioning the campus not only as a managed workspace hub but also as a community-oriented destination within the Whitefield micro-market.
