Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth approximately Rs 589 crore, excluding GST, from Ten X Realty East Ltd, a subsidiary of Raymond Realty Ltd, for civil core and shell works at its residential project in Mumbai.
The contract pertains to “The Address by GS” project located at Salt Pan Division, Shastri Nagar, Wadala, Sion (East), Mumbai. The order further strengthens Capacit’e’s presence in the residential construction segment and adds to its growing order book.
