Before assuming his role at Captain Steel India Ltd, Abinash held pivotal leadership positions at distinguished organizations, including Dalmia Bharat Group, Lafarge Holcim, Pidilite, and JK Cement. His versatile background encompasses roles such as Head of Key Accounts, Head of Value Added Business, and Director of Sales for the North Eastern Business Unit. An alumnus of prestigious institutions like IIT Bombay, Olin Business School, and KIIT University, Abinash holds an M. Tech in Construction Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. Notably, he is recognized as a Top LinkedIn Voice for leadership and serves as an ambassador for The Management & Strategy Institute, USA.
Abinash’s career has been marked by leading high-performing sales and marketing teams, showcasing excellence in both B2C and B2B segments. His innovative business models consistently contributed to market share growth, profitability, revenue, and customer satisfaction across diverse sectors, including cement, White Cement, Microfine Cement, Construction Chemicals, Concrete, and Green value-added products.
