City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra has initiated plans to develop an Integrated Logistics Park (ILP) in Navi Mumbai, inviting Expressions of Interest for the first phase. The project is aligned with the state’s MIDC Pass-through Policy and aims to strengthen logistics infrastructure to support rising industrial and trade activity.
A master plan has been structured with seven logistics zones supported by a network of wide arterial roads to ensure seamless cargo movement. Phase 1 will focus on a pilot cluster of 12 plots spread across nearly 179 acres, to be allocated through a competitive bidding process.
CIDCO will also undertake development of core infrastructure, including roads, water supply, sewerage, and drainage systems. The initiative is expected to attract private investment and position Navi Mumbai as a major logistics hub in western India.
