Operated by Mohan Tractors Pvt Ltd, this state-of-the-art 3S facility is designed to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, redefining vehicle purchase and servicing for small commercial vehicle users.
Strategically located on NH-1 GT Karnal Road, the new dealership aims to strengthen Eicher’s presence in the fast-growing small commercial vehicle (SCV) segment and serve as a critical enabler in Delhi’s evolving logistics ecosystem. With rising demand for efficient intra-city and local transportation, the Eicher Pro X range is positioned to address the specific requirements of fleet owners and transporters operating in segments such as e-commerce, FMCG, parcel, courier, and last-mile logistics.

In line with Eicher’s commitment to delivering maximum vehicle uptime, the dealership is integrated with the brand’s Industry-First Uptime Centre. It also provides doorstep service through Eicher On-Road Service vans and service bikes, staffed by highly trained technicians and supported by GPS-enabled on-road breakdown assistance.
