HCBS Developments has appointed Jindal Stainless as the stainless steel supply partner for its upcoming luxury residential development, Twin Horizon, located in Sector-102, Gurugram.
The partnership highlights a growing industry focus on advanced construction materials aimed at improving structural durability and long-term asset performance in high-rise developments. As part of the project’s foundational engineering strategy, HCBS has chosen Jindal Infinity stainless steel rebars for critical diaphragm wall (D-wall) and raft foundation applications. The decision is intended to address challenging high groundwater conditions while enhancing corrosion resistance and structural longevity.
Spread across 5.2902 acres, Twin Horizon will comprise two residential towers featuring 268 premium housing units along with seven commercial spaces. The project reflects a contemporary urban design approach with an emphasis on durability, engineering precision, and sustainable construction practices.
The architectural design has been developed by Morphogenesis, while Krishna Buildestates is overseeing execution and project delivery operations on-site.
Construction activities are progressing in phases, with excavation and diaphragm wall work already completed for Tower West. Similar foundation activities for Tower East are currently underway, indicating steady advancement in the project’s structural development schedule.
