Enerpac unveils new industrial lifting solutions for safer, precision operations

Enerpac, a global provider of high-pressure hydraulic tools, controlled force products and heavy lifting solutions, has strengthened its industrial lifting portfolio in India with the launch of the CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets and the TJP-Series 30-Ton Hydraulic Toe Jack. Designed for demanding industrial environments, the new products aim to enhance safety, operational efficiency and precision in lifting, load holding and machine moving applications.

The latest additions reinforce Enerpac’s focus on delivering engineered lifting solutions that replace conventional practices with safer, purpose-built systems. Both product lines are tailored to meet the requirements of industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure and energy, where handling heavy loads with accuracy and reliability is critical.

The CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets, available in standard and tall configurations, are engineered to replace traditional cribbing methods such as wooden blocks and steel plates. The interlocking system provides stable and predictable load support, making it suitable for applications including transformer installations, bridge bearing replacements and stage lighting load support. Featuring a detachable fork design for hands-free positioning and rotation of U-Rings and Spacers, the system helps operators maintain a safe distance from suspended loads. Offered in three variants—CR30, CR50 and CR100—the series supports lifting capacities ranging from 30 to 150 ton while improving lift height, maintaining alignment and reducing operational uncertainty.

Complementing the range is the TJP-Series 30-Ton Hydraulic Toe Jack, developed to simplify the lifting and relocation of heavy machinery in confined industrial spaces. Built from lightweight aluminium and weighing 80 kg, the TJP308 offers a practical alternative to conventional steel jacks without compromising lifting capacity. The unit features a 200 mm stroke, an adjustable three-position tilting toe, foldable side legs and solid rubber wheels, enabling both lifting and transportation across plant floors. Operated through a remote hydraulic pump, the toe jack allows users to work from a safer and more ergonomic position while minimising physical effort.

“As Indian industry scales up across manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy, the tools used to lift, hold, and move heavy loads must keep pace with the demands of the job,” said Anindya Pal, Director, Enerpac India. “The CR-Series and TJP-Series are engineered to work in the conditions our customers actually face, in tight spaces, with heavy loads, and in operations where every lift counts. These products put precise, controlled force exactly where it is needed, giving teams the confidence to execute critical tasks efficiently.”

Both the CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets and the TJP-Series Hydraulic Toe Jack are now available through Enerpac’s distributor network across India. The products are backed by the company’s local service infrastructure and operator training programmes offered through the Enerpac Academy in Bengaluru, ensuring customers receive technical support and application expertise alongside the new lifting solutions.
