The board of Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd (TCHFL), the subsidiary of Tata Capital Ltd, approved the appointment of Sarosh Amaria, as the Managing Director-TCHFL with effect from July 18th, 2023. Amaria joins after having served as the Managing Director of Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd (TCFSL) for over three years. He has a rich experience of over 25 years with the Tata Group. He joined Tata Capital as part of its founding team in 2007 and played a pivotal role in setting up and growing the Commercial and SME Finance Business catering to a wide spectrum of corporate and SME customers. He subsequently took over as Managing Director of TCFSL and under his leadership the business witnessed significant expansion and growth in profitability across retail, SME and commercial segments.
