Polycab India Ltd has strengthened its distribution infrastructure with the launch of a new ‘Quick Service Depot’ in Amritsar, reinforcing its focus on building a faster, more agile supply chain across North India.
The newly established facility, spread across approximately 15,000 sq ft, is designed to enhance delivery efficiency and service responsiveness across Punjab and Jammu. It will cater to the company’s entire product portfolio, including wires and cables, lighting, fans, switches, switchgear, conduits and pipes, as well as solar solutions, ensuring improved product availability and faster order fulfilment for channel partners and customers.
Strategically positioned, the depot is expected to reduce lead times, ease inventory pressures, and bring products closer to key markets in the region. The move complements Polycab’s existing warehouse in Zirakpur, further strengthening its regional logistics network.
