The Adani Group is planning to infuse around Rs 4,600 crore in two new data centres in Uttar Pradesh. The data centres are being set up by Adani Enterprises at Sector-62 and by Adaniconnex at Sector-80 respectively.
Apart from these two projects of the Adani group, Yotta Infrastructure Solutions, NIDP Developers, Netmagic Solutions, STT Global Data, Bharat Sanchar Nigam and Centre for Development of Advanced Computing are also setting up Data Centres in the state. As of December 2022, the state had eight Data Centre projects entailing a total investment of around Rs 18,000 crore.
