In a move set to strengthen the digital backbone of the construction ecosystem, Autodesk and Pinnacle Infotech Solutions have entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at accelerating digital transformation across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) sector.
The agreement was formalised alongside the inauguration of Pinnacle’s Center of Excellence for Design & Engineering in Bengaluru, underlining a shared vision to drive digital-led design and engineering adoption. The collaboration is expected to enable a more connected, data-driven approach to project delivery across the built environment.
At the core of the partnership lies the integration of Autodesk’s cloud-based platforms with Pinnacle’s expertise in digital design and engineering services. By aligning technology with execution capabilities, the two organisations aim to enhance efficiencies across the entire project lifecycle—spanning design, construction, operations, and asset management.
The initiative will prioritise the development of integrated digital workflows, improved project coordination, and advanced information management systems. These efforts are expected to deliver faster turnaround times, greater predictability, and improved quality outcomes for customers across the APAC region and global markets.
A key focus area of the collaboration will be the adoption of emerging technologies such as Digital Twin and connected construction. These capabilities are increasingly becoming critical for enabling intelligent, sustainable, and resilient infrastructure development, particularly in rapidly evolving markets like India.
Beyond technology deployment, the partnership will also emphasise knowledge exchange, industry engagement, and ecosystem development. Both companies plan to jointly participate in industry programmes and customer initiatives, reinforcing their commitment to advancing digital engineering practices across the sector.
Bimal Patwari, CEO & Co-founder, Pinnacle Infotech Solutions, said,
“The AECO industry today sits at the center of how successful projects are designed, coordinated, and delivered. Our collaboration with Autodesk strengthens our ability to scale digital delivery and drive measurable outcomes across APAC and global projects. By combining our expertise in digital design, digital construction, and Digital Twin execution with Autodesk’s technology ecosystem, we can help customers achieve higher levels of coordination, reduce rework, and deliver projects more efficiently across the entire lifecycle. Together, we are enabling the next phase of connected, data-driven project delivery.”
Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President, India & SAARC, Autodesk, added,
“India’s infrastructure and construction sector is at a pivotal moment, with strong momentum aligned to the vision of Viksit Bharat. At Autodesk, we are focused on strengthening our partnerships with customers and technology service providers to help drive this transformation. Collaborations like this with Pinnacle Infotech enable us to scale our impact, support the industry’s digital journey, and position Autodesk as a preferred Design and Make platform for India’s construction ecosystem.”
The MoU reflects a strategic alignment between the two organisations to pursue high-impact initiatives that advance innovation and digital adoption. As the AECO sector continues to evolve, such collaborations are expected to play a defining role in shaping a more integrated and technology-driven future for infrastructure development.
