Godrej Properties said that it has acquired approximately 62 acre of land in Kurukshetra, Haryana. According to reports, the site is strategically located with access from National Highway 44. This project will offer approximately 1.4 million sq ft of plotted residential development, offering attractive plot sizes along with exceptional lifestyle amenities. Apart from holding religious, historical and cultural significance, Kurukshetra is a place which has developed over the years into a self-sufficient city. Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO Designate, Godrej Properties, had stated that they are pleased to enter Kurukshetra and they stated that Haryana is a key market for them and they look forward to strengthening their presence in Haryana with this project. The project is being developed by the company through a , viz, Godrej Residency (GRPL), wherein the company will hold 50.01 per cent and the balance 49.99 per cent will be held by NRTPL. The expected date for sale completion is 28th December 2022.
