IRB Infra Developers subsidiaries execute concession agreement with NHAI

Palsit Dankuni Tollway and Pathankot Mandi Highway, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the IRB Infrastructure Developers, have executed concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

Palsit Dankuni Tollway has executed concession agreement for six-laning of national corridor NH-19 from Palsit to Dankuni (up to NH-6 connector) from 588.870 km to 652.700 km (total design length 63.830 km) in the state of West Bengal under Bharatmala Pariyojana to be executed on BOT (Toll) basis. The cost of the project is Rs 2,421 crore. The concession period is 17 years from the appointed date (including construction period of 910 days). The company will get tolling rights on the project from the appointed date.

Pathankot Mandi Highway has executed concession agreement for rehabilitation and upgradation to four-lane configuration and strengthening of Punjab/Himachal Pradesh Border to Mo from 11.000 km to 42.000 km (design length 28.700 km) of NH-20 (New NH-154) of Pathankot-Mandi Section in the state of Himachal Pradesh on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) (Package-IA). The company’s bid project cost is Rs 828 crore, and the construction period is 730 days.
