JSW One Platforms has expanded its private label portfolio with the launch of One Helix Pipes & Tubes, marking its entry into the steel pipes and tubes segment. The move is aligned with the company’s broader strategy to cater to Individual House Builders (IHBs), MSMEs, and industrial consumers by offering standardised products backed by consistent quality and competitive pricing.
The development comes at a time when India’s steel pipes and tubes market—currently estimated at around 11 million tonnes annually—is witnessing steady growth, supported by rising infrastructure investments and urban expansion. With projections indicating significant value growth over the coming years, the segment continues to present opportunities for organised and technology-enabled supply ecosystems.
Through One Helix, the company aims to address longstanding challenges in the category, including inconsistencies in quality, fragmented supply chains, and pricing variability. The brand is positioned to deliver uniform product standards, dependable availability, and transparent procurement processes by leveraging a digitally integrated distribution model combined with manufacturing capabilities.
The product portfolio initially includes ERW structural hollow sections in rectangular, square, and circular profiles, manufactured using 100 per cent primary steel hot-rolled coils. These offerings comply with established BIS standards such as IS 4923 and IS 1161, ensuring reliability for structural and engineering applications.
Currently, the products are being rolled out across southern markets including Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, with plans for phased expansion across the country. The initiative is expected to strengthen access for a wide range of stakeholders, including MSMEs, distributors, contractors, fabricators, and EPC players.
By integrating its digital marketplace with supply chain capabilities, JSW One Platforms continues to enhance procurement efficiency and material accessibility for over 90,000 businesses across India, further reinforcing its position in the industrial materials ecosystem.
